Today is Launch Day!

Everything I have worked towards in the last 2 month came to a high today. Yep, I finally managed to launch my new website. Which this blog is part of. What really gave me a kick up the behind was the fact that my last internet marketing blog was shut down by WordPress. I have to mention here that it had been hosted on the .com and therefore was a free blog. As I know now (and would have if I read the TOS) they don’t allow advertising on free WP blogs.

I found out the hard way as after 3 months of blogging frequently I had achieved a page rank of 2 and “kaboom”, suddenly the blog was gone! I wasn’t a very happy blogger for the moment! But as you might now, from every bad situation the door opens to an even better one. This just made me realize that I had to go hosted. So I started up with this blog hosted on HostGator and been busy promoting it in forums and on other blogs, as well as search engines. In the meantime I built my first real built website.

It has been a frustrating experience at times, but that made me even more determined! Thanks to Terry from the The Honest Way I managed eventually to get a grip on linking and some more

As time permits I will promote my new website with free methods only over the next months and then keep you up to date with an overall traffic report. I’m noting everything I do down and will release this next months. So keep your eyes peeled here.
