DMO is an expression I learned in my network marketing days. It stands for “daily method of operation” and is in effect a written plan of your intentions. Many people don’t use a DMO and wonder why they missed out on achieving the most important things they set out to do in any given day. Do you use a DMO? If yes, how is it structured? Are you using hourly time limits, or do you prioritize by task? There are many ways to structure a DMO right. It has to work for YOU and I found that this is actually the biggest secret in not only writing a DMO, but also accomplishing the tasks I set out to do.
