Google Juice

After checking my stats today for my sites I stumbled over some interesting facts. My very blog here on The Writers Manifesto is featuring very strong for some good keywords in Google. Out of the 3 keywords I researched two were very popular and one was a niche keyword with some searches per months. With all 3 keywords my blog is sitting pretty on page 1 in position 1-5 (often twice).

I have to say that I was a bit dumbfounded by this discovery as I never SEO’d for those keywords. Makes one wonder again about Google Juice and how it is squeezed. But then I’m not complaining at all. It is actually fascinating to study the habits of my visitors. As doing this can give me some valuable insights into the behavior of them.

Getting some Google Juice in unexpected places can only mean one thing: A Bonus!
