Writing as a Creative Output
I write because I’m a creative person. I always have been, but I never knew that writing would suit this creativity. As a matter of fact, it just happened. Don’t ask me why. I suppose it was some kind of metamorphosis from starting of in network marketing, learning that I sucked at selling and still do. Discovering other income streams made me feel like a modern pirate of the cyber-world at times. It’s like finding a pot of gold and knowing that this could lead me to my intended chest of riches. So writing was discovered, first as a means of making money by blogging for others, then by writing articles, succeeding with a strict writing routine.
It didn’t stop there either, as I morphed again into some sort of osmosis by realizing that I had found my calling. So I started my freelancing business. So you see, it wasn’t what I was first doing, that brought me to where I am today. I took many twists and turns. But I have been told that this is normal and meanwhile I do know this myself. I also want to be one of the best freelance writers one day. Just because I’m competitive.
Our life is nothing but a tree or a road. When we hit an intersection we have to make decisions. Which road do we take now? Or we could also just wait for the traffic lights to go green for the rest of our lives. It really is up to each of us on what we choose and where we travel from there onwards.
I chose the writing because I’m creative and it happened to be there when I needed it. Do you travel the roads of life by choosing on each intersection? Or are you stopping at the lights? What is your creativity? Have you got a special talent you can nurture that would make you happy just doing it. Forget about the money, with talent money often comes. And I’m not trying to say that I am a talented writer by that either. All though a smitten might be there as I do get told occasionally that I write well. But I know that the real talent will come with plenty of experience… Meanwhile I will happily keep writing about whatever comes to mind.
To Your Success
