Blogrush Has Launched

Just a heads up on the Blogrush widget by John Reese. The launch date has passed and my widget is fully installed. For those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about, have a look at my sidebar. It is the black widget you see toward the top. Blogrush is a syndicated traffic enhancer. What this means is that for every page view you get on your blog, you will also get your post displayed within the Blogrush community, provided you have the widget installed on your blog too.

This widget will help you to grow your blog’s traffic exponentially without having to pay anything. When you sign up with Blogrush it will ask you to choose a category. Because when somebody visits your blog, your widget will load every time a new page gets opened. This earns you the right to display your blog’s posts within the same category in the Blogrush community. This gets done automatically through the advanced technology they use on Blogrush.

But it gets even better. Blogrush works on 10 generations. This means that you get leveraged traffic 10 levels deep from every referral you make. This is exciting as you can get an additional unlimited views of your blog posts displayed on the Blogrush widget. Even if your blog is new, if Bob joins under you and has a lot of traffic, it will also benefit your traffic even more as for every page view he generates, you will be credited with exposure 1 to 1.

If you are as excited about this traffic explosion as I am, then please be a fair sport and use my widget to join. Your traffic will benefit too by having others join through your blog.

Thank you and have fun. Together we shall see a ton of new traffic coming our way.

Monika :-)

I feel like i’m the only blogger out there that hasn’t covered this announcement :D

Personally I think the design of this widget will lead to ad blindness and most will just skip over it.

The widgets from mybloglog and blogcatalog are much smarter because the users eyes are drawn to the images.

To be successful I think they’ll need to open up to allowing users to customize the widget in an Adsense kind of way.

    Ha, you know what,

You are so right. I never even thought about this myself. :-) It’s kind of jumping on the bandwagon without looking down another road.

I hope that John will see this as a potential flaw too and update the options.

How about “your own product” instead of adsense?

I had this up on my site but didn’t get the desired result I was looking for. How is it working for you?

    Hi Chessnoid,

Not too good I must admit. My stats only show around 80 visitors since the launch. That’s not many at all. I’m actually planning to scrap it when I change over to mt new template. I discovered a new plugin that is way better than this stuff and will implement this instead.
