They really need a good contender to take them of their throne.

		<description>I don't want to care about PR, but the fact is it is a gauge used by advertisers to determine the advertising value of your site/blog, so it does weigh in a certain amount. That said, it is well true to concentrate on the content. If there is continued quality content, the readership should grow. And if we leverage on the strength of the readership (+resultant traffic) then the value would also increase, regardless of PR. I created my post on PR because of the contradiction shown by Google in their actions.
Now it's finding the balance between good content, and ways around the traditional measurements for how well your blog's standing in the blogosphere is. We need to think out of the box now and not depend on any one standard.</description>
