Group Writing Project – The Entries

It is now time to post all the entries to my Group Writing Project. All in all we have some top tutorials and I have personally found some great stuff that I wanted to learn about myself for ages.

Thank you to all the participants for their hard work and excellent tutorials! I also want to thank everyone who helped to promote my first Group Writing Project. I also had a few invalid entries where people entered posts from the past. E.g. before October. To make it fair for all involved I had to scrap them. Only October entries are being considered.

Now it is time to vote for your favorite entries to find out who wins the cash and the bonus prizes! Take your time to read each one over the next week and post your top 3 favorite posts on your blog by October 27th, 2007. You can also post any runner-ups on your blog, but only the top 3 will be counted toward the final vote. I will visit each of your blogs to count all the votes and then tally up the winners. The winners will be posted here on October 30th, 2007.

Uh oh, Windows Live Writer doesn’t really live up to its expectations, does it? The layout of the post looks messed up :(

Thanks for accepting my entry though – looking forward to doing some amount of reading for the next few days!

    All the best everyone!

    Hi Karthik,

Thanks for pointing this out. I’m not sure whether this is due to the Live Writer or maybe my single.php code.

The styling should be fixed now. I have changed all the URLs to look a bit more eye friendly. :-)

    Aseem,

I just left a comment on yours. I’m in! After all $400 as the top price isn’t a bad thing ;-)

For all who read this and would like a chance to grab a $400 review by the almighty John Chow, head over to Aseem and search for “group writing project”.

    Good luck my friend :-)

    Hi Monika
I’ve cast my winning votes and posted my favoured three to my blog.

Hi Monika, I’ve just posted my top three.

  15. Monika | Oct 28, 2007 | Reply

Megan and Simonne: thanks you for letting me know. I will wait until tonight my time (another 8 hours or so) as in the USA they are still at the end of the 27th. This will give everybody enough time to post their votes.

Then I will visit everybody and collect their votes.
On the 30th the votes will be published here on my blog and the winners announced. ;-)

    Thank you
    Monika

I will be posting my top three soon. I’m almost done reading them all.
