Is it appealing to me, topic, design, level of perceived knowledge about their subject matter. I don't even need to agree with their opinion on a particular topic, but I think it rarely has to do with how much money they can make on their blog. Appealing yes, but not my first or second reason I admire their work... I am a big fan of stats though :) Scott I think I probably base my like or dislike on content.
