I believe it too. My life philosophy is "Give More Than You Receive". It is somewhat like the law attraction too. We can't give if we have negative feelings. So giving can make our mind to be positive which will lead our heart to be soft and pure. We usually have problems in life because we want the world to do something for us first before giving back to the world.
