Unlock Your Creative Genius
When we visualize, we open our channels of perception and unlock the creative genius within. Visualization gives us power to see more than the current reality. It’s a bit like having the ability to see the future if you like.
Most of what human kind has achieved so far has only been made possible through visualization. What we see when we shop is the result of somebody’s dream. As we all know, dream creations start with an idea, a visual image in your mind’s eye. Hardly there, but ever present in our brain until we manage to put it into reality.
If it wasn’t for our ability to dream up ideas and inventions, mankind would be still shuffling about in the dark ages. We wouldn’t ride fast cars, or fly across oceans within hours. If it wasn’t for visualization we also wouldn’t be blogging right now.
Magic happens when we dream
When we dare to dream magic happens. Especially if we keep the dream alive and use every possible method in our power to make the dream come true. There is a huge difference between a real dream that is almost touchable, a dream you can actually smell, sense or even see in front of your eyes even though it isn’t there yet – and a dream that is a mere wish for something to happen.
You have the power to create your own dreams whenever you want. The recipe is the same every single time. Here are the ingredients, in case you forgot:
- take a powerful wish – dream
- mix it with focus and determination
- add a pinch of enthusiasm
- don’t forget to hold that dream while you…
- …work at it
- once you have the ingredients in place, find a big mixing bowl and keep stirring until the mixture gets thicker and more tangible until!
Whatever the dream, you can make it come true if you REALLY want it to happen. Again, don’t mistake REALLY for a mere wish!
Now it’s time to add the creative genius
Now that you got the basics in place, you can get creative in your dream design. It is amazing how many ideas flow from a powerful passion to really want something. If you think back, we even did this when we were children. We got creative to outsmart our parents (or teachers) to get what we wanted.
While this wasn’t really a dream creation in the sense of acquiring anything want, it showed us that we are indeed capable of anything we put our mind to.
When we are serious about our dreams we automatically get creative. We think up new ideas and strategies to get to our goal faster. Often, this opens new doors.
Use your visualization powers and start dreaming about what you really want out of life and then go and create your reality step by step.

Monika,
I like your “recipe” today – it is one of my favourites, and I can’t help make that one again and again. It tastes great and it is good for you.
(Mine seems to taste a bit like a flat white, and a hamburger with fried egg and beet root!)
As you say, stay focused and keep working at it – you are living proof that this really works.

I agree with Brett. Superb recipe Monika! That adds a nice touch to the subject, there are some basic ingredients but everybody is allowed to season it the way they like it. I like mine spicy!
Beet root?! Dude! You’ve got some strange likings…

@ Brett: that sounds like an Aussie hamburger (with the lot). I love them much better than just a piece of meat wedged in between a bun.
Glad you liked the recipe. One day I’ll cook you something for real.

@ Lode: Yep, love your idea about seasoning as you like. That is part of experiencing our lives isn’t it? Spicy is good as long as one can still taste what they eat.
Strange tastes? I agree with Brett on the beetroot. You should try it one day, it is a match made in hamburger heaven.

@Monika,
Most definitely it is! They have them the same way in NZ, and I love it! I made one like that myself the other day. It was good, but the egg left much to be desired. They were so much better in NZ for some reason (free-range organic no doubt was the reason).
I’m looking forward to that day, believe me
and it will happen.

Monika,
I love this post, one of my favorites of yours, a roadmap to success for sure.
Brett, never heard of beetroot. Is it really what it sounds like? The root of the beat plant? What does it taste like?

Wendi,
If you’ve had pickled beets in a jar, then you’ve had it (at least, that’s what the local variant is like – the spicing was a bit different in NZ, but equally tasty).
Really good, and stains everything in sight!

I have been having some strange dreams lately. The kind you can almost remember, but not quite? I have been trying lucid dreaming techniques.
The intangible things in our minds manifest themselves. The Writer’s Manifesto! And if we don’t use our will to create a reality, the dreams will remain…dreams. Who knows where they go?
I have this theory that writers are all connected on some unconscious level and we tap into eachother’s thoughts and ideas. Have you ever had the weird experience of thinking of some idea and then have it manifest in the world somewhere? Interesting.
Thanks for your post.

I really love your writings! This is one of my favorites. You’re such a good writer. I regret for knowing this site just 1 month ago (just an estimation). Maybe if I learned about this earlier, I’d have more ideas about success and improving my personlaity. Well then, I think I have to go back and read your old posts. I love them. Thanks for making my reading worthful.
I love your recipe there! Is that exactly what you have been doing that makes you successful? Or maybe there’s a secret ingredient? want to share?

I think an ingredient for your dreams would also be MONEY.
It’s not absolutely necessary to have this ingredient. But having it certainly doesn’t hurt.
If anything…money allows you more flexibility to try more reciples, and more often. It allows you the chance to come to your end-result sooner.
PS. I’ve had Ozzie Burgers with the works.
Beet-root on a hamburger.
That is just so….WRONG!

“Magic happens when we dream” Very very true. Sometimes, its very scary to dream. Its like setting yourself up for something and you might get disappointed late… IF things don’t turn out the way you want. Of course that the negativity speaking.

@ Wendi: Thank you kindly. I suppose it is a mental road map if you so like. We all know the power of the mind and how much we can achieve by using this strength.
*Gasp. Are you serious about not knowing what a beetroot is?
It tastes earthy and very flavorsome, especially when you pickle them. You should try it, it is so yummy.

@ Ellen: You know, I do feel the same about how we are all connected. I have always had an interest in metaphysical phenomenas. We are all connected in some ways, regardless of what we do. But by following a similar dream and immersing ourselves into like energies we can surely tap into them if we only want to.
Talking about ideas and manifestations. It is kind of spooky but if you believe into these physic laws, then it does make sense. I have been a creator or inventor on many occasions, dreaming up something cool and new that could be useful for many, only to see it launched somewhere else a few days, weeks or months later.
I guess this answers your question too.

@ Patricia: I share exactly what I have been doing without holding back, including the bad stuff. When I started this blog it was my intention from the beginning to help others achieve the same what I do so hearing that you find value makes me very happy indeed, (even with a major headache and a nasty cold)
Thank you too for stopping by and sharing your opinion.

@ Friar: Oh yes, totally agree. Money is a huge part of my dream, since it will allow me to do what I please every single day while helping others.
It is a necessary evil, but boy does it feel good to have in the wallet.
I can’t believe you don’t like beetroot on the old hamburger. Man, you Canadians from whop whop need some culinary education. You know, there is a thing called development and it also happens in kitchens. Hehehehe….:-)

@ Shamelle: Hya there, nice for you to come and say hello. I think the secret here is to not think about the negative and just focus on the positive outcome.
Easier said than done though. I have a great quote that always gets me over that imaginary line if I ever find myself short of trying.
It is used by the Northern Territory tourist organization here in Australia and says:
“if you never ever go, you will never know.” I just adapt this to try and off I am.
