Introducing George As A New Staff Writer
As some of you would have already noticed I’ve recently managed to get George of Tumblemoose on board as a writer. George is my very first staff writer employed to write one post a week. I employed George for several reasons; I needed someone reliable to write high quality blog posts for me and I think you agree that he is perfectly suited for the job. George has managed to see considerable success over at his blog in the short time he has been online and I’m sure his success will only continue to grow as his exposure does.
I’ve been working with George for several months now and he has continued to impress me with his work. When I first employed him he was willing to work for a pittance because I couldn’t justify paying him more than I did back then. His ability to work for little money while keeping the quality consistent impressed me because it is exactly how I have climbed the ladder of success in my business.
It just goes to show that even if you work for peanuts initially you can eventually get paid a decent amount of money, even from the same client. As an experienced pro-blogger myself I can tell that George is now earning more for one blog posts from me that he would get from many better known blogs in the industry – I know this for a fact because I have worked for quite a few of them in my time.
The purpose of this post is to make you guys aware of the fact that not all the posts are mine these days. If you check at the top and bottom of each post you will soon see which writer’s words are gracing your eyes.
Having George in the house once a week for now allows me to do more client work while not having to worry about keeping this blog updated regularly, which up until now has proved to be a massive challenge for me. Thanks George for coming on board. I am excited to have you here and look forward to many more great posts from you.
Please take a minute and welcome George for me to help him feel welcome. Don’t forget to visit him at his blog either. If you ever need a capable freelance writer, then I can vouch highly for George’s ability.
Monika
PS: If you like to write a guest post on Freelance Writing you are welcome to do so. I’m always on the lookpout for promising writers who are willing to earn their dues before expecting to get paid big bucks. In return you will get a dofollow link back to your site with the keyword of your choice.

Monika,
Thanks so much for the kind words, and thanks for having me here. Manifesto was one of the first blogs I started visiting when I became a freelance writer. The very first guest post I ever wrote was for Manifesto.
It’s been a grand trip so far and I’ve learned a lot. I look forward to the years to come.
Cheers!
George

Hi George:
Welcome.
No doubt your wisdom will be as welcoming and thought provoking as Monika’s.
I look forward to “feeding” off of it and learning.
All my best,
Steve

Hi Monika – It’s nice to meet George. And it’s good to know that writers can work for small amounts initially and increase their income later on.

@ Cath: Thank you for the nice words re. George. I’m glad to have helped George get initiated online and now look at him. He is a top class writer (was all along) and seeing him claim his space on the web is very satisfying. Writers like him are hard to find and you have to hold on to them otherwise they are gone in an instant. Great to see you back by the way.
I’ve been very negligent and haven’t done any rounds in the last few months.
