I assume you talk about Constant Content type sites which unfortunately aren't open for writers from non US countries as far as I know. From what I have seen though they could certainly provide writers with a nice little income if used correctly. However, $100,000 is a figure very much attainable in this business - and yes, you can do this in under four years for sure.
