It's pretty easy to get in a hurry to post something and forget to check for errors. I find that reading things out loud is a good way to catch bad sentence structure and the like. I think you get better with practice too. I'm more aware of errors I normally make then I was before so I don't miss things quite as often. It still happens more than I would like though lol.
