Finally I can announce to the world that I have reached my target of earning a full time monthly income as a freelance writer and pro-blogger. This journey has taken me all but 7 month, from the first month of working for a paying client back in June 2007 to the end of January 2008.

The journey has been exciting and rather fun. My initial target for this was actually July 2008, so I can safely say I’m way ahead of target.

As some of you probably know, my online journey has been marked by many events that have shaped the way I think and act these days.

Maki from Dosh Dosh blogged about ways to make money. Actually he asked all his readers to provide a comment on how they make money online and what has worked for them. The result is an extensive list with many ideas on finding a way to make money online. I have been following Maki since I’m blogging all the time and he is one special guy.

As my regulars know here, I’m a self discovered passionate freelance writer and blogger. I see daily how many people struggle to make a cent online and thought of ways to provide you with some information on where I find the chunk of my work. This last two month have really been great for me as a freelancer as they have kept me very busy. Besides blogging I slowly but surely manage to grow my online income and I’m very happy with the process. This just goes to show, that anybody can do this if I can.

When I logged into my RSS reader this morning I had made a shocking discovery. One of my favorite blogs has just been sold and initially I thought Whoa…what the..But then I totally understand why John sold his blog and not to mention in record time.

Not only can those two provide us with multiple streams of income sources, but it also provides us as an outlet for our experience and emotions. I came across this really great video today from Travis Sago of the bum marketing method. It talks about how Only Wire can help with your Google rankings. It actually makes perfect sense to me. Funny thing is that only yesterday I discovered that my website is ranking very high on page one in Google for a few good keywords. Now I do know, that this is partly due to Only Wire.

I have been busy today adding a new site to my domain. Make Money is all about.. you guessed it “making money“. I will load it with many goodies and resources over the next couple of weeks, so you want to maybe bookmark the site. Figuring out how to upload the new site took some trial and error. But thanks to my online friends I managed just fine.

You know that one of the biggest looked over things to make money on the Internet is PLR membership websites? I personally never got it until recently. But I do own so many PLR rights, it’s not funny. It’s actually sad to know that mosts things that collect dust on my hard drive could be huge pocket fillers - if I was to only utilize them? Instead I’m writing, blogging and promote other people’s affiliate programs to the point of exhaustion.
