Review of Confident 1.com

Posted by Monika in Reviews, ... | 11.10.2007 - 5:25 pm

In last month’s Group Writing Project here on The Writers Manifesto Blog, I gave out $50 as the top price. Second prize was a month long link in my “featured” section and 3rd prize a personal review by myself.

David Rogers from Confident 1 was the lucky person clocking in at 3rd position and this post is to tell you a little bit more about his blog.

David is a blogger whose focus is on helping others overcome self confidence issues. Most of us probably deal with this at one stage or another in life and for many, lacking confidence is what invokes fear. Fear is what cripples most people into action and is the evil of many things.

Online Storage Solutions

iBackup iconOnline storage solutions are an issue for many people working on the Internet. With todays rise in media, our computers run the risk of slowing down due to the fact that we download so much data. However, with the options of external backups such as on hard drives we can master this rising problem. This could also mean a cluttered work environment due to the fact that we have to carry the hard drive around with us at all times.

To counteract this, there are other great solutions available to cover those needs, such as the services provided by the company iBackup. iBackup provides us with an easy to use online storage solution such as the appearance of a mapped drive on your computers hard drive. By providing an easy to use drag and drop feature it makes it a child’s play to use iBackup.

There are many possibilities for using iBackup such as an individual business owner wanting peace of mind when it comes to back up storage, or multinational corporations that can share the clients interface as one with different account logins. iBackup offers a range of pricing plans ranging from 5GB all the way up to 300GB storage. But it doesn’t stop there either. They are quite happy to tailor an account to your company’s demands, if need be.

Saving Money In Business and at Home

Posted by Monika in Reviews, Reviews, Re... | 08.11.2007 - 1:24 pm

Admit it, you are in for the kill aren’t you? You are always scrunching the market for goodies. Whether it be in your business, or if you don’t own a business, then at home. Saving money is what makes the dollars last longer for the things we really want in life. Recently I was toying with the idea of upgrading my existing laptop computer. I have always been happy with my current laptop but since I have been in the possession of my beloved toy for 3 years, I thought it timely to maybe get a more shinier model.

Driveaway - Online File Sharing

Posted by Monika in Reviews, Reviews, Re... | 07.05.2007 - 1:45 pm

Now here is a nifty way to share your files with others via this file sharing website. DriveAway offers a service to those in the need to transfer larger files of any kind to others. The problem we have by trying to share files like photos, music, video and more with friends, business partners or family, is that we can only attach around 10MB of files size to any one email. Depending on your email provider this can mean multiple emails sent on the same topic, not to mention the hassle of having it to do this way.

Atomic Blogging Review

Posted by Monika in Reviews, Reviews, Re... | 06.20.2007 - 7:31 pm

I’m not prone to buying many products these day anymore. And I nearly passed on Atomic Blogging too. I did this in the past and never got nowhere.(Buying every new book) Those digital ebooks of mine just gathered dust on my hard drive and never made me rich as promised. :-) These days I actually make money because I have chosen a road to travel on and its fun too.

Gobala Krishnan

I stumbled across Gobala’s site back in 2006. But after uploading his Super Adsense WP Templates I finally went back and looked at his site more closely. What I found was a great website with an inspirational time line from Gobala about his journey in internet marketing. He is truly an inspiration to any aspiring internet marketer.

GobalaKrishnan.com is a blog that helps you start your own Internet home business. If you review his blog, he’ll link back to you and send you a ton of traffic. The blog contains heaps of great information. For those interested in personal coaching from Gobala, keep your eyes peeled for his upcoming coaching program!

Ecommerce Solution

If you are in the business of selling then you are in need of a complete online ecommerce solution. Ecommerce normally provide services like shopping cart software, shopping cart and ecommerce software. One such service is provided by a company called Ashop. What I liked about their site is the diversity of options they provide for business owners. The shopping cart software ranges in price for 4 different packages. This is great, as it allows us to try and then upgrade if needed. Ashop also offer a 10 day free trial period, as well as free online test drives of the shopping cart system.
The starter package begins at $69/months which personally I found a bit pricey. But having said that if you are multi million dollar corporation this is peanuts really. I did like their website however, as it is very easy to navigate. Containing tons of information and tips you will find yourself clicking around for this and that. There are online movie demonstartion and additional tools available. For someone in need of a decent looking service with heaps of additional extras, then Ashop ecommerce solution would certainly fir the bill.
